BVS Metrix Status

An issue has been identified with the weather data that is causing appointments to timeout when they're being set to the mobile app.

We've found that the issue is being caused by the weather data harvesting system which has gone down. We've prevented weather data being sent to the mobile app to resolve the problem with timed out appointments when sending to the mobile app.

We've identified an alternate provider for weather data and are currently looking to get access to provide a work around and a long term fix.

WeatherNet has been selected as the new weather data provider, and development has begun to replace the current functionality with the WeatherNet alternative.
